Lucas Charter

Lucas is a Graduate Building Surveyor based in our Luton office, working within the Building Consultancy team. He joined BTG Eddisons in September 2024 having completed his degree at Leeds Beckett University, where he was awarded the HAYS Construction and Property Prize for Best Dissertation in Building Surveying.

Lucas is working towards his APC and gaining experience across a wide range of building surveying and project management instructions, developing his expertise across the varied disciplines of the Building Consultancy team.

Lucas holds a BSc (Hons) from Leeds Beckett University and is working towards membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
