About Kimberley
Kimberley is a Surveyor based in our Milton Keynes office, working within the Lease Advisory team. She brings over 15 years of experience across the property industry, with a background spanning property management, general practice, and both residential and commercial sectors.
Kimberley advises clients across a broad range of lease advisory and asset management instructions, drawing on a solid understanding of commercial leases and the local Milton Keynes property market. Her varied career background gives her a well-rounded perspective across both landlord and occupier matters, and she brings practical, grounded advice to clients navigating the commercial property sector.
Prior to joining BTG Eddisons in November 2023, Kimberley held roles in property management and general practice across both residential and commercial property. She is an Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (AssocRICS) and holds AssocRICS Registered Valuer status.
