Julian Chappell

Julian is a Director based in our Milton Keynes office, working within the Lease Advisory and Asset Management team. He is a Chartered Surveyor with nearly four decades of experience across the professional and investment agency disciplines, specialising in industrial, logistics, office, retail, and airport-related property. Julian works closely with the Industrial & Logistics team, with a particular focus on opportunities along the A1/M1 corridor.

Julian has a strong track record of delivering well-considered professional advice to clients across both landlord and occupier instructions. His experience includes leading national lease advisory work on major one-off office and industrial corporate transactions, managing corporate portfolio transactions, and advising on strategic asset enhancement on behalf of landlord clients. He has advised across a broad range of sectors and property types, bringing a depth of market knowledge that spans capital markets, professional, and agency work.

Prior to joining BTG Eddisons in March 2024, Julian held senior roles at a number of well-regarded property consultancies, including a Director position at a major national firm's City office, a niche West End practice, and a Midtown specialist. Earlier in his career, he spent over 25 years at a leading global property consultancy, where he jointly led the national lease advisory team. Julian holds a BSc and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
