Joshua is an Associate Director based in our Bedford office, specialising in commercial agency across the Bedfordshire market. With a strong grounding across all sectors of commercial property, he brings both transactional expertise and a practical understanding of landlord requirements to every instruction.

Before joining BTG Eddisons, Joshua spent six years at a regional property practice in Bedfordshire, where he gained broad experience across the office, retail, and industrial sectors. Alongside his agency work, he was actively involved in property management, handling a range of client portfolios which has given him a genuine appreciation of the bigger picture when advising landlords on agency strategy and asset performance.
