Jethro Rolls

Jethro is a Senior Surveyor based in our Luton office, working within the Building Consultancy team. He brings over 25 years of experience across surveying and project management, with particular expertise in the education, public sector, and construction sectors. He achieved Chartered Builder status in 2006, reflecting a longstanding commitment to professional standards across his career.

Jethro has delivered a broad range of complex projects across both public and private sector clients. His experience spans new-build schools, including specialist SEN facilities, colleges, offices, housing developments, airports, and crematoria. He has also overseen the refurbishment and fit-out of warehouses and office buildings, giving him a wide-ranging project portfolio from new-build to reinstatement work.

Prior to joining BTG Eddisons in 2024, Jethro served as a Project Manager delivering Department for Education SRP and further education projects, and earlier held the role of Project Quantity Surveyor within a local authority, overseeing development across a varied public sector property portfolio. He holds a BSc (Hons) and is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB).
