Graduate Building Surveyor

About Jacob

Jacob is a Graduate Building Surveyor based in our Milton Keynes office, working within the Building Consultancy team. He holds a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying from Nottingham Trent University and is currently working towards his Assessment of Professional Competence (APC). His areas of interest include residential surveying, dilapidations, and project management.

Jacob is gaining broad experience across a variety of building surveying instructions as he progresses through his APC training. His early career has given him a grounding across both residential and commercial property, and he brings a practical, client-focused approach to the work of the team.

Prior to joining BTG Eddisons, Jacob supported residential conveyancing teams during his studies at Nottingham Trent University, developing a solid understanding of property transactions alongside his academic training.
