Hugo Harding

Hugo is an Agency Surveyor based in our St Albans office, covering the St Albans and North London markets. He has spent his career to date building specialist knowledge of the Hertfordshire commercial property market across all aspects of agency work.

Since joining BTG Eddisons, Hugo has been working closely with the Head of Agency to support the firm's expansion into St Albans and North London, bringing established local market knowledge to a growing regional operation. His experience spans disposals, acquisitions, and advisory work across the Hertfordshire area, with a client base built through consistent presence in the local market.

Prior to joining BTG Eddisons in 2024, Hugo spent nearly five years at a regional property consultancy, progressing from graduate level and developing broad commercial agency experience across Hertfordshire. He holds a BSc in Real Estate from the University of Reading.
