Hannah Niven

Hannah is an Associate Director based in our Luton office, heading up North Hertfordshire and Luton agency. With over 20 years' experience in commercial property, she specialises in disposals, acquisitions, and strategic property advice across the A1 corridor, North Hertfordshire, and Central Bedfordshire.

She has extensive experience across all aspects of commercial agency, advising occupiers, landlords, and investors on a wide range of transactions throughout the region. Her deep knowledge of the local market gives clients a distinct advantage when navigating strategic property decisions.

Prior to joining BTG Eddisons in 2023, Hannah spent over 17 years at a regional property consultancy in Hitchin, progressing to Associate Director level.
