About Grant
Grant is a Director in our Building Consultancy team, based in our Milton Keynes office. He is a Chartered Building Surveyor with over ten years' experience at BTG Eddisons, specialising in project management, contract administration, dilapidations, and pre-acquisition surveys across both residential and commercial properties.
Grant has a strong track record of delivering results for landlord and tenant clients across a broad range of building surveying instructions. His work spans pre-acquisition surveys, schedules of condition, project management, and contract administration roles, giving clients reliable, well-rounded advice whether they are acquiring, occupying, or exiting a property.
Prior to joining BTG Eddisons in February 2015, Grant worked within the civil engineering sector for four years, focusing on major infrastructure projects. He completed his APC and achieved Chartered status in 2017. Grant holds a BSc (Hons) from the University of Reading and is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
