Diccon Brearley

Diccon is a Senior Surveyor based in our Bedford office, specialising in commercial agency along the M1 corridor. With over 25 years' experience in the sector, he advises institutional funds, private investment vehicles, and individual clients on acquisitions, disposals, asset management, and strategic property matters.

Since developing a specialism in the industrial market from 2005, Diccon has built an in-depth knowledge of available and emerging sites across the region, including land where commercial development may be enabled. His long-standing presence in the local market means clients benefit from insight that goes well beyond transactional knowledge.

Prior to joining BTG Eddisons, Diccon held Associate Director level positions at a national property consultancy and a regional practice in Milton Keynes, where he gained broad experience across all aspects of commercial agency. He holds a BSc in Estate Management from the University of Greenwich.
