Dave is a Facilities Manager based in our Milton Keynes office. He brings a highly organised, goal-oriented approach to integrated facilities management, with key specialisms in statutory and building compliance, contract management, and project delivery.
Dave has built a strong track record in managing integrated FM services across complex environments, ensuring buildings meet statutory and compliance requirements while maintaining high standards of customer service. He successfully delivers projects from concept to completion, bringing a structured approach to contract oversight that gives clients confidence at every stage. In addition, Dave draws on extensive experience in the security industry, where he provided clients with clear, actionable advice on both tactical and strategic site concerns at a national scale.
Prior to joining BTG, Dave spent five years developing his facilities management expertise at a globally renowned consultancy and technology company headquartered in London, where he gained broad exposure to large-scale, complex operational environments.
