Darren Pape

Darren is a Director based in our Milton Keynes office. He is a Chartered Valuation Surveyor with over 15 years' experience in valuation and development appraisal, specialising in commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties across the northern Home Counties, Bedfordshire, Northamptonshire, Leicestershire, Oxfordshire, and Cambridgeshire. He acts as an RICS Registered Valuer and is a recognised Expert Witness in property disputes and legal proceedings.

Darren advises a wide range of clients across secured lending, taxation, accounting, and pension fund management. His development appraisal work spans both commercial and residential assets, and his instruction base reflects the breadth of property types found across the Midlands and Home Counties. As an Expert Witness, he provides independent, court-ready evidence in complex property disputes, bringing the same rigorous, evidence-led approach to contentious matters as to mainstream valuation instruction.

Prior to joining BTG, Darren gained experience at a regional property consultancy in Milton Keynes, progressing to Associate level, as well as at further regional and national practices across the Midlands and Home Counties. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and sits on the RICS East Midlands Regional Board. He also serves as an RICS Inspire Ambassador, supporting the next generation of property professionals.
