About Chris
Chris is an Agency Surveyor based in our Luton office, specialising in freehold and leasehold transactions across the office, retail, and industrial markets in South Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, and North London.
Since joining BTG Eddisons, Chris has built practical experience across the principal commercial sectors, advising on a range of disposal and acquisition instructions throughout Bedfordshire and the surrounding area. He is actively supporting the business's expansion into St Albans, Enfield, and North London, working alongside the Head of Agency to develop the firm's presence in these markets.
Prior to joining BTG Eddisons in 2023, Chris gained early career experience at a regional agency practice in Buckinghamshire, where he developed his grounding in commercial property across a range of transaction types. He holds an MSc in Real Estate from Nottingham Trent University and a BA Joint Honours in History and Philosophy, also from Nottingham Trent.
