About Charlotte
Charlotte is an Apprentice Surveyor based in our Bedford office, covering agency, valuation, and lease advisory work. She is currently in her fourth year of a BSc (Hons) in Real Estate degree apprenticeship at the University of Westminster, with her sights set on completing her APC and qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor.
Before joining BTG Eddisons, Charlotte built a solid grounding in property through nearly five years in residential sales and lettings, including roles at a regional estate agency in Bedfordshire and a brief placement at a global property consultancy in London. That background gives her a practical, client-focused perspective as she develops her commercial property skills across the Bedford and wider Kirkby Diamond patch.
Originally from Bedford, she is a member of the Bedford Hospital Charity and Friends Board.
