Ally Phillips

Ally is an Associate in Property Management based in our Milton Keynes office. Holding the AssocRICS designation, she brings over 25 years' experience across general practice surveying, property and asset management, and commercial portfolio management in both the UK and Canada.

Ally is responsible for property and asset management on behalf of private clients, ensuring all aspects of their portfolios are managed effectively and that best practice is established and maintained. Her experience spans commercial property, rural estates and public-facing mixed-use assets. Prior to joining BTG, she worked on behalf of a local authority in the Midlands, managing their commercial property portfolio and rural estate. She also spent ten years in Vancouver, British Columbia, where she oversaw three public waterside markets across the mainland and Vancouver Island, as well as managing a private estate for an ultra-high net worth individual.

Prior to joining BTG in 2023, Ally gained broad general practice experience with a number of well-regarded property firms, including roles at Nelson Bakewell, Mapeley, and Travis Perkins. She holds the Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (AssocRICS) designation.
