The first full trading week of January saw Eddisons announce that the first tenant has moved-in to Meadow Business Park in Haverhill, Suffolk where there are now four units available to let.

Meadow Business Park is a speculatively-built, small scheme of brand new industrial/trade counter units in an established commercial location on the corner of Piperell Way and Moon Hall Lane, just off the A1017 Haverhill southern bypass.

The first tenant - a company specialising in printing and embroidery services for workwear, uniforms and merchandise - is trading from a 1,391 sq ft unit, leaving four units available, individually or combined, from 1,908 sq ft to 3,816 sq ft remaining to let through Eddisons as the sole agent.

According to Ben Green of Eddisons, the high-specification of the units at Meadow Business Park and the scheme’s accessibility for Cambridge, the A11/M11 and London Stansted Airport, plus dedicated parking, loading and vehicle manoeuvring space for each unit are key features in attracting interest from potential occupiers.

For more information on the remaining units to let at Meadow Business Park, Haverhill contact Ben Green or Joe Berry at Eddisons in Cambridge, tel 01223 467155, [email protected], [email protected].
