Asian street food restaurant secure new warehouse premises in Bury St Edmunds

Acting as joint agents, Eddisons has secured the letting of an industrial/warehouse premises in Bury St Edmunds to a popular Asian street food restaurant.

Chi, whose restaurants are in Huntingdon and Rushden, has taken a new 6-year lease on a 2,922 sq ft two storey unit at 17 Chamberlayne Road.

The property comprises a modern, refurbished trade counter/light industrial warehouse unit with ground and first floor offices.

Chi intends to use the premises for the preparation and distribution of its ‘Asian inspired‘ packaged food products.
