Simon Parsons

Simon is a Director based in our Peterborough office. A chartered surveyor with 27 years' experience, he specialises in development and investment agency, advising clients across Peterborough, the wider region and nationally. His work also spans occupier-led consultancy and tenant representation, drawing on a broad knowledge of the commercial property market.

Simon supports both the Peterborough agency and the wider regional property agency team, acting for occupiers, investors and developers across the commercial and residential sectors. He has built a strong track record in development agency and development consultancy, advising on projects and acquisitions throughout his career. Recent work includes acting as part of a client team for an international occupier, helping to shape a UK real estate strategy for the company's expansion programme. This tenant representation and occupier consultancy work calls for close coordination with a range of other professional advisers.

Prior to joining BTG Eddisons in 2022, Simon spent several years heading up a commercial agency team and, before that, ran his own estate consultancy, which he established in 2009. Earlier in his career he worked in development roles and spent time based in Stockholm and in London, including within the corporate solutions team at JLL. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) and holds a BSc (Hons) in Land Management.
