About Rory Addison

Rory is a Regional Director for the Eastern region, based in our Peterborough office and part of the building consultancy team. With over 14 years' experience in property and building consultancy, he advises clients on building and development matters across the commercial, residential, public sector, and healthcare markets.

Rory works with landowners, developers, public sector bodies and healthcare clients, advising on how to deliver and maximise the value of property through well-planned development. His work spans building consultancy and development services, with particular involvement in the healthcare and primary care sector.

Prior to his current role, Rory was a Director at BTG Eddisons from 2020, having joined as part of the firm's acquisition of Barker Storey Matthews (BSM). Earlier in his career, he held an associate director role at a London property consultancy. He was appointed Regional Director in 2025.
