Alconbury Enterprise Campus is part of the Alconbury Weald development which extends to approximately 1,400 acres.
The Enterprise Campus will provide sites for bespoke buildings from around 20,000 sq ft up to 500,000 sq ft and the site will accommodate in the region of 3,000,000 sq ft of employment space. Individual buildings can be designed to suit occupier's requirements.
A number of companies and organisations have already committed to the site including MM UK Ltd, IKO Ltd, John Adams Toys, A M Fresh, Cambridgeshire County Council, Roythornes Solicitors and Ambu Ltd. At the entrance to Alconbury Enterprise Campus are Incubators 1 and 2, with the former providing serviced offices within smaller suites, and the latter providing larger offices from 778 sq ft. The Club building provides a gymnasium and meeting rooms for occupiers on the development.
Alongside the Alconbury Enterprise Campus, the wider development of Alconbury Weald will provide a large range of new home opportunities, schools, health centre, nurseries, and the now established Bohemia restaurant/bar.
