Tom joined Eddisons in 2009 as a chartered surveyor and became an Associate Director in 2014, specialising in LPA (Fixed Charge) Receiverships and Insolvency.
Studying for a Masters in Commercial Property Management (MSc) at Liverpool John Moores University, Tom also completed a two-year placement as a surveyor before further establishing his professional credentials on a 13-month secondment with Royal Bank of Scotland as a relationship manager within the Recoveries and Litigation team. The role itself involved managing security realisations through insolvency processes and acting as a consultant on cases including financial restructuring or contingency planning.
Tom now provides advice on valuations and property strategy on the disposal of a variety of insolvent properties for a number of banks and insolvency practitioners. Since enrolling on the RICS Valuers Registration Scheme, Tom is also actively involved in the acquisition and disposal of a variety of commercial properties, both vacant and investment, for a number of private clients.
