Today the Eddisons' Machinery and Business Assets team are attending the Tube and Steel Fair in Istanbul, Turkey.
Charles Moses, Director of our Plant and Machinery Assets business, will be meeting our global manufacturing clients face to face, to discuss their asset valuation and disposal needs.
The Tube and Steel Fair in Turkey is a Global Steel Exhibition, including over 80 countries with industries like construction, food processing, aerospace and energy as key attendees.
Eddisons' stand is in Hall 2, which focuses on Tube and Profile Manufacturers.
Originally training as an Agricultural Auctioneer and Valuer, Charles is a Chartered Surveyor who became a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1984. After joining CJM forerunner Dickinson Davy & Markham to hone his auctioneering skills, he became involved in the valuation and sale of industrial chattel assets and in the late 80s founded DDM Asset Management, Industrial Auctioneers. The business grew rapidly and the client base expanded to include international manufacturing companies, industrial finance houses, high street banks and regional and local businesses.
In 2000 Charles and co-director Paul Cooper bought out the business of DDM Asset Management to form CJM Asset Management. In the last 14 years, Charles has overseen CJM’s growth to become to a global player in the sale and valuation of industrial assets, in the UK and overseas.
