Eddisons Building & Project Consultancy (B&PC) team have joined with Mind, who provide advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problems. They campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding of mental health within the UK.
In order to give something back this month, Eddisons B&PC team will aiming to walk, run, cycle and even swim 2000 miles collectively during September. The challenge is well underway, with morning walks, lunch time runs, evening cycles and weekend swims all taking place. Team bike rides and endurance walks are also scheduled during the month, in order to achieve their 2000 mile goal.
By raising funds for Mind, this will help get support to people who are struggling with mental health issues during this very challenging time.
