BWS Skip Hire, the Leeds based skip hire and waste management specialist, is the new tenant at an industrial site in Wortley.
The firm who is relocating from its original a site on Whitehall Road in Leeds has agreed terms on a workshop and offices at Royds Close off Gelderd Road, which extend to over 4,500 sq ft. The site also includes a 0.78 acre yard.
The Leeds office of Chartered Surveyors Eddisons negotiated the deal on behalf of a private landlord, achieving an annual rent of £30,000.
Steven Jones, Associate Director of Eddisons said: ‘There was plenty of interest in this site from a range of potential tenants, which reflects its prominent location close to the Leeds Outer Ring Road and junction I of the M621.’
Meanwhile Eddisons has let the last remaining unit at the Ferrybridge Business Park, to Phoenix Garden Buildings Ltd. The Doncaster based firm has taken over 21,600 sq ft at an annual rent of £29,500.
Eddisons acted on behalf of long established retained client, Wharfedale Finance Company.
All 25 units at the business park, close to the intersection of the A1 and junction 33 of the M62, are now fully let.
