The Leeds office of chartered surveyors Eddisons has been appointed to market close to 37,000 sq ft of high quality office space in Yorkshire.
This includes four detached office buildings totalling 17,500 sq ft at the popular Sheffield 35A Business Park, adjacent to junction 35A of the M1.
Meanwhile, in Leeds City Centre, 3,343 sq ft on St Paul’s Street, in the west end of the business district, is available on a rental basis.
Elsewhere, out of town locations include two properties extending to 12,800 sq ft at Cedar Court Office Park, Denby Dale and a 2,890 sq ft detached office building at Deanhurst Park on Gelderd Road, Leeds, close to junction 27 of the M621.

In addition to his role as Managing Partner, Richard continues to play a vital role with key clients, particularly in the banking sector, where he is a trusted adviser to major high street clearing banks. Over the last eight years, Richard has been appointed LPA Receiver on many high profile properties and assists in the recovery of distressed loan portfolios.
Prior to joining Eddisons, Richard worked in the real estate division of a 'Big Four' firm where his notable assignments included the privatisation of Saudi Telecom for flotation on the New York Stock Exchange.
