The Leeds office of chartered surveyors Eddisons has been appointed to market close to 37,000 sq ft of high quality office space in Yorkshire.

This includes four detached office buildings totalling 17,500 sq ft at the popular Sheffield 35A Business Park, adjacent to junction 35A of the M1.

Meanwhile, in Leeds City Centre, 3,343 sq ft on St Paul’s Street, in the west end of the business district, is available on a rental basis.

Elsewhere, out of town locations include two properties extending to 12,800 sq ft at Cedar Court Office Park, Denby Dale and a 2,890 sq ft detached office building at Deanhurst Park on Gelderd Road, Leeds, close to junction 27 of the M621.

Stephen Harrison, Associate Director of Eddisons said: ‘Following an excellent year in 2011 which saw Eddisons dispose of and acquire over 150,000 sq ft of office space across Yorkshire, we are receiving more and more instructions from private clients.

‘This is a direct reflection of our expertise of the local market and strong regional presence.’
