The Manchester office of national firm of Chartered Surveyors Eddisons has relocated to new offices in the city.
The firm which employs 40 people in Manchester has moved from its existing premises on Tib Lane, which it has occupied since 2005, in favour of newly refurbished offices on the 6th floor of 55 King Street.
Anthony Spencer, Director of Eddisons said: ‘Our success over recent years means we have outgrown our current office.
‘This new location provides a far better working environment for both staff and clients and with over 3,600 sq ft of space will facilitate future expansion.’
James Raspin, Surveyor at Orbit Developments who acted on behalf of the landlord commented: ‘We are delighted Eddisons has chosen the 6th floor at 55 King Street as their new Manchester office.
‘We have just completed an extensive refurbishment of the floor, which has created modern high specification offices with great views across the city’s sky line.’
