The Leeds office of Chartered Surveyors Eddisons has announced a hat trick of lettings across West Yorkshire.
These include 1,899 sq ft of office space at Zicon House on Wade Lane, close to the First Direct Arena, which has been let to Blue Apple Training off an asking rent of £18,990 per annum.
Eddisons acted on behalf of Colenso Property Services Ltd, completing the letting within five months of being instructed.
Meanwhile, a 3,100 sq ft unit at the Ferrybridge Business Park, near Pontefract, has been let to Rainham Industrial Services Ltd at an annual rent of £9,975. Eddisons concluded the deal on behalf of retained client, Wharfedale Finance.
Elsewhere, a 4,890 sq ft workshop and secure yard in Morley, near Leeds, has been let to BAM Construction off an asking rent of £40,000 per annum.
Steven Jones of Eddisons’ Leeds Agency team said: ‘We have been able to conclude these deals swiftly and achieve favourable rental terms for our clients.
‘It is further proof of the continuing demand for quality office and industrial space across our region which is excellent news for landlords.’
