The Leeds office of Chartered Surveyors Eddisons has announced a hat trick of deals.
These include Abtech House in Leeds city centre which has been sold off an asking price in excess of £1.1m.
The part tenanted property on Park Row extends to nearly 5,400 sq ft and is currently let to Blue Arrow Personnel Services Ltd and Park Row Dental Practice.
Elsewhere, a new build property on Denby Dale Road, close to Wakefield city centre, which is let to Majestic Wine Warehouse Ltd on a 15 year lease, has been sold off an asking price of over £555,000.
Stephen Harrison, Associate Director at Eddisons said: ‘These are significant deals, proving there is still an appetite for good quality investment properties which produce healthy returns.’
Meanwhile, a two storey listed building on Kirkstall Road in Leeds has been sold to mattress and bedroom furniture specialist Bedside Manor Ltd. off an asking price of £500,000.

Over the last eight years, Richard has been appointed LPA Receiver on many high profile properties and assists in the recovery of distressed loan portfolios.
Prior to joining Eddisons, Richard worked in the real estate division of a 'Big Four' firm where his notable assignments included the privatisation of Saudi Telecom for flotation on the New York Stock Exchange.
