Eddisons to Offer 102 Lots - Eddisons

Eddisons has attracted 102 lots for its first three day sale of the year in London (19 February), Manchester (24 February) and Leeds (26 February).

Among the London lots is a freehold bar and restaurant investment in the centre of Reading. The detached Grade II listed building is let until 2042 to Billionaire Bars Ltd, trading as RYND Bar and Kitchen, producing annual rental income of £60,000. The guide price is between £450,000 and £500,000.

A residential development opportunity on the site of the former Wimblebury Social Club near Cannock, with planning for 16 flats, is guided at £375,000 to £400,000.

The Manchester sale includes a freehold retail investment opportunity in Barrow-in-Furness producing passing rent of £68,500 per annum. The guide price is £240,000 plus.

A tenanted commercial investment in the Old Swan area of Liverpool producing income of £33,200, which could rise to around £40,000 when fully let, has a guide of £250,000 plus, a potential return of over 13%.

Meanwhile, a multi-let office investment close to Wakefield city centre producing annual income of £93,283 is included in the Leeds sale at a guide of £325,000 to £350,000.

Also going under the hammer is a self-contained retail investment on The Headrow in Leeds city centre producing £25,000 per annum. The guide price is £180,000 to £200,000.

The nearby Highland pub, a venue popular with students, which generates annual rent of £23,000 has a guide price of £150,000 to £160,000.

Residential opportunities include the former caretaker’s house at Lawnswood School on the outskirts of Leeds. The three bed detached property on Spen Road is guided at £150,000 plus.
