A business park in the Calder Valley has been sold off an asking price of £4.75m.
The Leeds office of Chartered Surveyors Eddisons completed the sale of the Caldene Business Park in Mytholmroyd to Industrials.co.uk, following an extensive marketing campaign.
Eddisons acted on behalf of private vendors who developed the site.
The former Caldene Clothing Company (Calderdale) site on the A646 Yorkshire to Lancashire trunk road extends to approximately 3.5 acres and comprises 23 modern light industrial and warehouse units.
Tenants at the majority let park include SGL Carbon Fibres Ltd, Nobilia GB Ltd and Stokers Ltd.
Steven Jones, Associate Director at Eddisons said: ‘This is a well located high specification estate off the M62, built as recently as 2007.
‘There is limited industrial availability of this kind of stock in the Calder Valley which makes it popular with a wide range of tenants.
’We are delighted to have completed the sale and achieved a price for our client which is close to the original asking price.’
Joining Eddisons as an Associate Director in 2013, Steven brings to the table over ten years’ experience as a surveyor, particularly active within the Yorkshire commercial property market as a professional consultant in general practice, including five years plus PQE (Post Qualified Experience).
Steven now leads the Leeds agency team providing coverage in investment brokerage, industrial and logistics as well as office agency and development.
