A business park in the Calder Valley has been sold off an asking price of £4.75m.
The Leeds office of Chartered Surveyors Eddisons completed the sale of the Caldene Business Park in Mytholmroyd to Industrials.co.uk, following an extensive marketing campaign.
Eddisons acted on behalf of private vendors who developed the site.
The former Caldene Clothing Company (Calderdale) site on the A646 Yorkshire to Lancashire trunk road extends to approximately 3.5 acres and comprises 23 modern light industrial and warehouse units.
Tenants at the majority let park include SGL Carbon Fibres Ltd, Nobilia GB Ltd and Stokers Ltd.
