Eddisons is offering 112 lots at its next two day sale in Manchester on April 8th and Leeds on April 10th.
Among the highlights is a part-completed residential development opportunity near Windermere, in the Lake District.
‘The Heights’ is a traditional Lakeland farmstead, believed to date back to the 17th century and comprises five existing buildings, with various planning consents already in place. The guide price is £500,000 plus.
Meanwhile, Lupset Hall, a vacant Grade II* listed former Gentleman’s residence in Wakefield, which was previously used as the City of Wakefield Golf Course club house, is being offered on the instructions of Wakefield Council at a guide price of £100,000 plus.
A vacant detached Grade II listed former lodge house within the curtilage of Moor Allerton Hall in Leeds is also available. The guide price is £110,000 plus.
Elsewhere, the former 18 bedroom Beechwood Rest Home in Scarborough, North Yorkshire, which could have potential for alternative uses subject to planning, is guided at £250,000 plus.
In the Lancashire town of Bacup, a tenanted retail unit which is currently let to Martin McColl Ltd for 20 years from 2014 at an annual rent of £25,000, is guided at £360,000 plus.
Other commercial stock includes a mixed retail and office investment in Wakefield city centre which is part let to bookmaker’s William Hill at an annual rent of £20,000 per annum. The guide price is £150,000 to £180,000.
In Bradford, a vacant 2,853 sq ft retail unit on Ivegate and a vacant office premises extending to 2,540 sq ft on Sunbridge Road is guided at £80,000 plus, as a combined lot. In the nearby World Heritage Site of Salts Village a vacant end terrace which was formerly used as a workshop and offices and would suit residential conversion subject to planning, is also guided at £80,000 plus.
Development opportunities include a former car sales site on Rice Lane in Liverpool L4 which has planning consent for four retail units and associated parking. The guide price is £225,000 plus.
The sales take place at the Premier Inn, Trafford Park, Manchester on Tuesday April 8th and at Leeds United Football Club, Elland Road, Leeds on Thursday, April 10th. Both sales start at 12:30pm.
