The premises benefits from double frontage onto Kings Road, close to the ARC Shopping centre. The tenant has undertaken an extensive high end fit out of the property, which provides them with additional space.
Gavin Ashley is a well-established hairdressing salon who have been trading in the town for more than 40 years and have relocated from their former premises in Churchgate Street.
