The freehold of the property, with parking, and planning consent for change of use to residential was offered for sale through Eddisons as the sole agent on behalf of the vendor.

The agent confirmed that there was keen interest from a number office users and other parties attracted by residential opportunities.

The freehold sale price achieved in excess of £465,000 and, according to Eddisons, the new owner intends to convert the property for residential use.
