Eddisons has attracted 107 lots for its next two day property auction on September 11 and 13.
Highlights include a substantial Grade II* listed former pottery works in Stoke on Trent which is being offered at a declared nil reserve.
Top Bridge Works occupies a site of 2.13 acres and includes a bottle kiln within the main courtyard. It may be suitable for alternative uses, subject to the necessary consents.
A nil reserve has also been set for five plots of land adjacent to Japonica Gardens in St Helens, Merseyside.
Other stock includes Prudential Buildings on St Petersgate in Stockport. The part let property which currently generates £35,000 per annum extends to nearly 12,000 sq ft. The guide price is £500,000 plus.
In the same location, Abbey House, a vacant mixed use commercial property, has a guide price of £300,000 plus. Both lots are being offered on the instructions of the Administrators.
Elsewhere, the former Spiritualist National Union Church in Normanton, nearWakefield, is also up for grabs.
It is being offered with planning permission already in place to demolish the existing building and erect four, one bedroom apartments. The guide price is £55,000 plus, having been previously marketed at £80,000.
Among a range of development land opportunities is a freehold site in the sought after village of East Keswick, to the north ofLeeds, which extends to approximately 0.25 acres. The land has outline planning consent for residential development.

Meanwhile, Persimmon Homes is looking to dispose of 9 part exchange houses at locations across Yorkshire, with guide prices starting from £70,000.
Residential stock also includes a freehold investment property in Blackpool.
The property on Lytham Road is currently arranged as six, one and two bed flats, generating annual income of £18,166.20. This could increase to in excess of £27,530 when fully let. The guide price is £145,000 plus.
