The Bradford office of Chartered Surveyors Eddisons has announced deals on over 42,000 sq ft of commercial and industrial space across Bradford and surrounding areas.
Kirklees Council and Belle Lingerie have taken leases on more than 6,300 sq ft atScandinaviaCourtBusinessParkin Cleckheaton off an asking rent of £6.00 per sq ft.
Just three units now remain at the development, close to the Chain Bar roundabout and M606 and M62 motorways, which has only been on the market for the last 6 months.
John Padgett of Eddisons said: ‘The interest in this site has been exceptional from the minute it came onto the market given the high specification of the units and the convenience of the location.’
Eddisons acted on behalf of Technical Services Ltd who also occupies space on the site.
The commercial vehicle servicing firm had previously operated from a 4,900 sq ft site in the Undercliffe area ofBradfordwhich Eddisons has sold to a local retailer off an asking price of £295,000.
Meanwhile, Eriks Industrial Services Ltd is the latest tenant to be attracted to the Wellington Business Parkon Sticker Lane in Bradford, where only 2 units now remain.
The specialist servicing firm which has relocated from nearby Otley has agreed a 10 year lease on a 2,961 sq ft unit off an asking rent of £5.75 sq ft.
Eddisons acted on behalf of landlord Marrtree.
Eddisons has also completed lettings at various other sites across Bradford including Pitcliffe Way Industrial Estate, Rowan Trade Park, Grange Industrial Parkand at Chapel Works in Keighley. Tenants include Healthcare Direct, RH Plastics and AGR Racking.
