Eddisons To Offer 98 Lots At Auction

Auctioneer Eddisons is offering 98 lots at its next two day sale in Manchester (September 16th) and Leeds (September 18th).

The North West sale includes a major investment in Manchester city centre. The fully let commercial and residential property on Dorsey Street, within the Northern Quarter, currently generates rental income of £56,160 per annum. The guide price is £775,000 to £825,000 plus.

Meanwhile, a part tenanted commercial property in Urmston town centre generating annual rent of £24,500, is guided at £175,000 to £200,000.

Two fully let units within the Hawksley Street Industrial Estate in Oldham which produce income of £44,600 per annum have a guide price of £375,000 to £400,000.

The Leeds sale includes a high yielding residential investment close to Leeds city centre and a former Bradford Police building.

New York Studios, off the A64, comprises 15 individual residential units producing income of approximately £65,000 per annum. The guide price is £425,000 plus, a potential gross yield of over 15%.

The former police building on Bolling Road in Bradford includes an extensive open plan garage (19,375 sq ft), offices (6,458 sq ft) and ancillary space (13, 993 sq ft) on a site area of 1.36 acres. It is being offered on the instructions of West Yorkshire Police at a guide price of £300,000 plus.
Other highlights include a vacant former leisure property close to the Kingsgate Shopping Centre in Huddersfield town centre which is guided at £190,000 to £220,000.

Leeds City Council is looking to dispose of the former Farfield Community Centre, in Farsley, near Pudsey. The vacant detached building includes a three bedroom flat above and has a guide price of £135,000 plus.

A potential redevelopment opportunity in the popular Leeds suburb of Headingley is also available.

The property on St Ann’s Lane includes various stone built office and studio premises extending to over 1,900 sq ft, along with a tenanted ground floor flat. The guide is £200,000 to £250,000.
