Auctioneer Eddisons is offering 98 lots at its next two day sale in Manchester (September 16th) and Leeds (September 18th).
The North West sale includes a major investment in Manchester city centre. The fully let commercial and residential property on Dorsey Street, within the Northern Quarter, currently generates rental income of £56,160 per annum. The guide price is £775,000 to £825,000 plus.
Meanwhile, a part tenanted commercial property in Urmston town centre generating annual rent of £24,500, is guided at £175,000 to £200,000.
Two fully let units within the Hawksley Street Industrial Estate in Oldham which produce income of £44,600 per annum have a guide price of £375,000 to £400,000.
The Leeds sale includes a high yielding residential investment close to Leeds city centre and a former Bradford Police building.
New York Studios, off the A64, comprises 15 individual residential units producing income of approximately £65,000 per annum. The guide price is £425,000 plus, a potential gross yield of over 15%.
