The Bradford office of Chartered Surveyors Eddisons has been appointed to handle the sale of a high yielding investment opportunity.

Wharfedale Business Park on Tong Street, Bradford, extends to 6.3 acres and comprises a number of industrial and warehousing units along with adjoining offices, with a total floor area of around 65,000 sq ft.

It is currently majority let to a range of tenants, producing rental income of £125,000 per annum, and has the potential to increase to approximately £155,000 when fully let.

Eddisons, who is acting on behalf of established client Wharfedale Finance, is inviting offers in the region of £1.3M.

Steven Jones, Director at Eddisons said: ‘This is well a located site within easy access of the Bradford ring road and the wider motorway network.

‘It offers good asset management opportunities, along with the chance to significantly increase the revenue generating potential, which will make it attractive to hands-on landlords.’
