Eddisons were instructed to value a large pub chain. The pub chain had millions of visitors annually and included 50 plus pubs. Eddisons were originally approached to value the land and all buildings to an agreed deadline.
Solution
Eddisons accomplished full inspection of each pub. The specialist valuation team of RICS registered valuers who have many years of experience set out to achieve the deadline and arrive at an opinion of value.

Eddisons met the proposed deadline and provided all valuation information and advice required. Eddisons provided supporting evidence, valuation rationale and several recommendations to aid with the client’s future strategy.
