Challenge
Eddisons were asked by a landlord to value several large properties to be used for housing students near Leeds university.
Solution
Eddisons RICS registered valuers put a plan in place and surveyed the large properties. Site layout, building floor areas, age description and various measurements and features of the building were taken in to account for the valuation. Analytical reports were produced for the owners of the property where specific recommendations made.
Results
The valuation was successfully accomplished. A timely valuation report was provided with findings and recommendations.
