Challenge
Eddisons were appointed to advise DB Symmetry on Venture Fields Trade Park – an employment based scheme on land to the east of Widnes town centre.
Solution
We carried out detailed negotiations with Halton Council to agree measures that would seek to minimise car borne travel and the impact any residual car trips would have on the local highway network, as well as providing safe access for staff and visitors travelling by sustainable modes of transport.
Results
DB Symmetry secured planning permission for leisure, manufacturing and distribution space.
