Valuations at Eddisons
Our team of specialist valuation surveyors has experience across a range of trade-related sectors, including Care Homes, Pharmacies, Dental Practices, Doctors Surgeries, Childcare, Retail, Pubs/Restaurants, Hotels and many other specialist licensed/leisure sectors.
We act on behalf of all major lending institutions across the country whilst also reporting for pension fund, litigation, and other personal advisory purposes.
Opportunities exist within this team which is a rapidly growing area of our business with excellent career progression opportunities, including in-house training.
The role is Leeds based but with flexibility in terms of home working.
