We are currently recruiting for a Facilities Manager in our London based property management team. You will be working over a diverse portfolio throughout London. We work on behalf of Prop Co’s, HNWI, Funds & Private Investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out regular monthly inspections of each property
- Ensure reactive and routine repairs and requests are processed efficiently in the CAFM system, instructing the appropriate approved contractor
- Oversee a portfolio of properties to ensure compliance with all Health & Safety (H&S) requirements and management agreements
- Manage contractor administration, including contracts, purchase orders, H&S documentation, and the use of permits to work for high-risk tasks, in line with company policies and procedures
- Ensure occupiers are kept informed about reactive and planned maintenance works as needed
- Attend client meetings, prepare meeting reports, and provide meaningful input during discussions
- Attend regular supplier meetings and handle any arising issues as required.
