This role is within our central London Commercial Agency Team.

Role and responsibilities

  • Produce pitch documentation such as tenders, heads of terms, terms of engagement, market reports and cash flows
  • Assist and lead pitch presentations to new and existing clients on the services that Eddisons provides
  • Assist/lead on the development and execution of real estate strategies and transactions, which support the clients' core business plans and objectives
  • Work closely with external parties such as project managers and fit-out contractors, ensuring a smooth and seamless process
  • Work with management to improve team processes and consistently update them with significant deal information
  • Work with the Operations and Technology departments on new ideas to improve internal systems
  • Host market events
  • Provide training and advice to Graduate Surveyors in the team for APC training, as well as guidance to already qualified surveyors
  • Collaborate daily with the Business Development team on all opportunities

Experience

  • Qualified chartered surveyor with at least 1 year's experience
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Experience using CRM systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Excellent numeracy skills
