As part of this investment, we are looking to further grow our team and seek a friendly and well organised professional to join our thriving Admin team where you will work alongside our experienced team members in the property auction department based in Lowton, Warrington.  Experience using Microsoft Office including Excel is required.

Role and Requirements

  • Perform clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and organising documents
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
  • Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department
  • Type and prepare documents, reports, and correspondence
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements


  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Accurate typing skills with a high level of attention to detail
  • Familiarity with general office procedures and equipment
