Capability

Our Auction Department is now one of Eddisons biggest teams, thanks to our high quality service and unrivalled knowledge in the field. In fact, our excellent track record speaks for itself; in 2011 alone, over £67 million worth of property was sold with us through our auctions.

We traditionally host 16 property auction sales per year on average, taking place in the North of England. In a recent survey undertaken by Focus, Eddisons was announced as the 8^th largest auctioneer in the UK for the number of commercial lots sold and 10^th largest auctioneer in the UK for the value of commercial lots sold. Nationwide offering

Our new London property Auction Department will see us climb closer to the top spot. The new London team will launch their first commercial property auction on 21 November 2012 with a further five scheduled for 2013. We can therefore now boast a truly nationwide offering, hosting both national auctions from the capital and regional auctions in Leeds, Manchester and Dublin.

Support and expertise

Our team of talented surveyors are experts in advising on sale placement and setting realistic reserves. Commercial and residential property auctions do not start and end on the day of the sale - we undertake a full marketing campaign weeks prior to raise awareness and ensure maximum attendance. As soon as catalogues are available, there is a steady stream of interested parties viewing properties and legal documents which are made readily available online to download free of charge.
