Our Corporate Facilities Management team have developed operations across much of Europe on behalf of multi-national clients and are fully operational with legal entities in France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Norway, Spain and Switzerland.
Where there is a requirement for a dedicated on site presence, they recruit local management and negotiate and agree contracts with service providers to ensure a consistent delivery of the highest possible operational service levels for their clients.
In addition to the European operation, our Corporate Facilities Management team have established a Middle East team. This regional team provide Corporate Facilities and Property Management advice and activities to a wide range of high profile clients across the Gulf Co-Operation Countries.
