The Leeds and Huddersfield offices of leading commercial property agent, Eddisons has reason a plenty to be cheerful having been appointed joint agents for Gladman Development’s new 55,000sq ft Navigation Court office development – an instruction that came about following the company’s successful marketing of the developer’s Cartwright Court complex in Huddersfield.
“It’s an old saying, but success breeds success and the excellent results our Huddersfield office achieved at Cartwright Court certainly paved the way for this latest appointment,” said Eddisons’ John McNeil.
Located on the popular Calder Park Business Park in Wakefield, Navigation Court will be situated immediately adjacent to J39 of the M1 and comprise 11 Grade-A detached and semi-detached two-storey office buildings, which will range in size from 2,250 to 6,100sq ft. All are available by way of a new lease or on a freehold basis, and with the good location, the attractively landscaped development, the high specification office space and the flexible nature of the buildings, demand is expected to be high.
“The success of any office park is built on its location, environment and the quality of the facilities on offer and it’s fair to say that as the UK’s leading speculative office developer, Gladman Developments knows how to plan and build popular and ultimately highly successful office parks,” continued John.
Work on Navigation Court started earlier this month and Gladman anticipates all 11 offices being ready for occupation by August 2007.
Joint agents on the development are Lambert Smith Hampton,
