Eddisons' Dealburn Deal
The Bradford office of leading commercial property agent, Eddisons has completed the sale of an industrial site on Dealburn Road, Bradford.
Acting on behalf of liquidators, Begbies Traynor the 3.73-acres site was sold to an undisclosed purchaser for a figure well in excess of the £1.2million asking price.
Eddisons' Double Deal
The Bradford office of leading commercial property agent, Eddisons has completed a large-scale double deal involving industrial property on the Euroway Trading Estate on Wharfedale Road, Bradford.
Acting on behalf of Haverhill Small Factories Ltd, Eddisons initially let Unit 1 – an 11,320 sq ft building to Prestigious Textiles Limited off an asking rent of £46,000 per annum.
This was then followed up with the disposal of the freehold interest in both Units 1 and 2 to an undisclosed purchaser for a sum in excess of the £1million guide price.
