Having overseen the successful disposal of all four detached units on the first phase of the Pennine Business Park in Bradley, Huddersfield, leading commercial property agent, Eddisons is preparing to market phases II and III.
The Commercial Development Projects Ltd (CDP) development, which initially comprised 23,000 sq ft of modern, high specification office accommodation, will now be extended by 40,000 sq ft to incorporate a further seven units, which will range in size from 2,500 to 6,000 sq ft.
“The Pennine Business Park promised to deliver high quality, spacious office facilities and it certainly did,” said Eddisons’ Jason Metcalfe. “Demand was high from day one and it was no surprise when the four original units were quickly sold or let to the likes of Yorkshire Water and Local Care Direct.”
“As a result, CDP had little alternative, but seek to extend the site and with demand for this type of facility so high, I’m certain we’ll experience no shortage of interest in phases II and III,” he added.
Working alongside joint agents, Walker Singleton of Halifax, Eddisons will be marketing the new phases of the Pennine Business Park at around £15 per sq ft for rental or £170 per square foot for freehold.
