The Bradford office of leading commercial property firm, Eddisons has ensured a clean finish for its client Anduff Car Wash Limited following the successful sale of a quarter acre site on the city’s Sticker Lane.
The site, which had been used as an IMO Car Wash up until early 2007, was sold to motor group JCT 600 off an asking price of £250,000 shortly after marketing commenced.
Mark Taylor, group property director for JCT 600 commented: “We already own and operate a number of sites on Sticker Lane and once Eddisons made us aware of Anduff’s decision to sell we acted quickly to buy the site, which now forms part of our long term plans for the area.”
Eddisons’ Jonathan O’Connor added: “Local knowledge always helps when marketing a property and the fact we know Bradford inside out means we are able to assess the location and appeal of a new instruction and make direct contact with any businesses we feel it would suit. In this case, our contact at JCT 600 was delighted to be informed.”
Anduff chose to dispose of the site following its construction of a brand new facility adjacent to the Asda superstore circa half a mile away.
In addition to Bradford, Eddisons also has offices in Huddersfield, Leeds and Manchester. To find out more call 01274 734101 or visit www.eddisons.com.
